    The Front Desk Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Front Office, Reservations, and Bell Services operations. Including, but not limited to, ensuring customer satisfaction (internal and external), financial performance, and employee relations.

    **Job Duties :**

    Supervise the training and development of all Front Office team members.

    Develop operating / training manuals and keep them up to date for the Front Desk.

    Ensure that the Front Office complies with all systems, control policies, and procedures.

    Perform Human Resource functions for staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating performance.

    Develop and monitor the Front Office budget.

    Develop and maintain open lines of communication with all departments for efficient dissemination of important information.

    Resolve guest problems expediently and in a professional manner.

    Review guest satisfaction surveys and address any necessary responses. Ensure target satisfaction goals are reached.

    Ensure exceptional guest service is delivered at the front desk.

    Conduct monthly Front Office meetings.

    Schedule staff to reflect daily occupancy and make sure schedules are concurrent with the arrival and departure patterns.

    Attend required meetings as a representative of the Front Office.

    Handle disciplinary action, coaching and counseling sessions, and related personnel issues.

    Ensure all group rooming lists are accurate and coordinate any special group requests.

    Delegate work among the staff in an equitable manner.

    Oversee daily operations of the bell, gift shop, and front desk functions.

    Other duties as assigned.

    **Qualifications:**

    High school graduate or equivalent.

    Four-year college degree in the hospitality industry or five years job related experience preferred.

    Two years of management experience in Front Office or Reservations preferred.

    Excellent computer proficiency.

    Advanced knowledge of Front Office computer systems, including the ability to solve system related problems.
