Engineer (m/f/d) for the Department of Building Services at the Building Management We are looking for an engineer (m/f/d) for the Department of Building Services at the Building Management.

Your tasks:

You will be responsible for planning and construction management of new building projects as well as maintenance of technical building equipment (TBE) in the team of the Department of Building Services.

You will be responsible for the trades of heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and sanitation in our buildings. You will monitor and control externally awarded HOAI services for TBE. You will conceptualize and maintain HVAC measures in existing buildings and implement them.

You have successfully completed a degree in building services engineering, building systems engineering, building, energy and environmental engineering, energy systems and energy management, or a comparable field of study.

You ideally have qualified knowledge in this area with several years of professional experience in the field of technical building equipment.

You have good knowledge of the specialized software HVAC, including digital control and building automation, as well as specialized standards and laws, and ideally CAD knowledge.

You quickly find your way in complex contexts, have the ability to
