Construction Project Administrator
Job Qualifications:
- Demonstrate professionalism with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines and goals.
- Be able to multitask, stay organized, and maintain attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Have a working knowledge of PROCORE Construction Management Software for monthly Invoicing and Payment Applications.
- Attend Weekly Construction Meetings by ZOOM and organize AI recorded meeting minutes.
Education:
A bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required.
Job Duties:
- Process Subcontractor and Vendor Invoices.
- Process Monthly Payment Applications.
- Enter Direct Invoice Data.
- Collect Insurance Documentation from Subcontractors and Vendors and assist with third party management of Insurance.
- Collect Labor Compliance Documentation and assist with third party management of labor compliance.
- Collect and track all Preliminary Notices.
- Collect and track all Payment Releases.
- Collect and track all Warranty Letters and assist in packaging of closeout documents.
Physical Requirements:
This is a full-time position in-person at the corporate office in Irvine Monday-Friday. Working conditions will consist of a regular office environment for most functions of the job. The position requires the fine motor skill of typing, writing, filing, and visual acuity.

$52, $65,000.00 per year
