About us:
We are a team that serves as the interface between research and clinical systems within the IT department. Our main focus is on providing data protection-compliant clinical data for research purposes. We also support various research projects, such as nNGM and DNPM. Our responsibilities include developing and adapting workflows for medical devices and interfaces between clinical systems (e.g. HL7, FHIR, and DICOM), as well as managing laboratory systems. We are also involved in building a data integration center and a cross-departmental data warehouse. Additionally, we analyze the processes in clinical areas and design data collection through EDC systems.
