Description

The Saxon State Medical Association is a public corporation and the professional representation of physicians in the Free State of Saxony, with its headquarters in Dresden.

We are looking for a COMMERCIAL MANAGING DIRECTOR (M/F/D) to start on March 1, 2025.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

In consultation with the President and the Chief Executive Officer, you will be responsible for managing the Commercial Department, including all associated business and organizational tasks, in accordance with the decisions and resolutions of the Chamber Assembly and the Executive Board.

This includes preparing the annual financial statements with balance sheet, income statement, and management report based on double-entry bookkeeping, as well as creating and monitoring the business plan and its sub-plans.

Your responsibilities also include managing the membership of approximately [number] members and organizing the annual general meeting.
