We are currently seeking a qualified individual to join our team as a Medical Device Trainer.

Responsibilities:

Provide training and followup training on the use and operation of therapy devices in the fields of sleep and respiratory medicine
Fit masks for patients
Independently advise and support our patients/customers in relation to the medical device and accessories provided
Complete all administrative tasks related to training and fitting (e.g. documentation of care and advice)
Work in various sleep and respiratory centers, as well as at different locations within the designated area

Requirements:

Completed training as a healthcare professional or equivalent medical education (e.g. medical assistant) would be advantageous
Confident and friendly demeanor when interacting with patients and hospital staff
Proficient in using computers
Strong team and customer service orientation
High level of commitment, communication skills, and ability to work independently.
