Description

Responsible for supervision and construction of custom residential remodeling projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time completion, within budget and meeting the company's high quality standards.

• Set up and organize in-house carpentry crew
• Report to Builder daily, report on assigned tasks and pick up daily assignments
• Update and interact with customers
• Help assist in the critical transition of jobs moving from sold front of house work to production side
• Evolution until subcontractor scheduling and creating calendar events
• Continuously check on all projects in production to ensure subcontractors are installing proposed materials correctly and on schedule.
• Continuous communicating and schedule updates with client
• Evolution into significant time on sales
• Seeking and finding new job opportunities that would not otherwise come to McFall
