What You'll Do:

Be the HR Go-To:

Respond to HR-related inquiries and provide assistance to employees and external partners.

Organize and Schedule:

Arrange meetings, interviews, HR events, and maintain the team's calendar.

Support New Hires:

Schedule and conduct New Hire Orientation, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.

Keep Records:

Maintain personnel data (payroll, personal info, leaves) in both paper and digital formats.

Collaborate Across Teams:

Work with departments like payroll and benefits to streamline HR processes.

Assist with Performance Management:

Help supervisors with performance reviews and management procedures.

Contribute to HR Projects:

Support various HR initiatives, including employee feedback collection and ad-hoc projects.


Requirements:


What We're Looking For:

HR Experience:

Proven experience as an HR coordinator or in a similar administrative role.

Tech Skills:

Proficient in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint), HR databases, and HRIS systems (e.g., Virtual Edge). Knowledge of Paylocity and ATS software is a plus.

Sourcing Guru:

Familiar with sourcing tools, resume databases, and social media recruiting.

People Person:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Organized & Confidential:

Strong organizational skills and ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality.

Bilingual:

Proficiency in both English and Spanish is a preferred.

Education:

BS/BA in Business Administration or a related field. Additional education in Human Resource Management is a bonus.
