Our Associate Pastor is a Spirit-filled passionate follower of Jesus who loves the local church.

They will be committed to the vision, values, mission + beliefs of The Table Boston & to loving

& serving our church community & the city of Boston.

Position Description

The Associate Pastor will give pastoral & organizational leadership to The Table Boston. Our

Associate Pastor will partner with the Lead Pastor to implement strategic initiatives to help The

Table mature & flourish in following Jesus & in bringing the Kingdom to Boston. They will be

responsible for developing & helping lead community life at The Table Boston Church.


Associate Pastor Responsibilities Include:

• Participate as a member of the Senior Leadership team & the preaching team
• Provide support to the Lead Pastor
• Collaborate with the Lead Pastor to develop & implement strategic plans to help the

church most effectively move towards our vision

• Shape & oversee midweek community groups & alpha groups
• Shape & oversee midweek prayer gatherings
• Shape & help lead Sunday volunteer teams
• Take an active role in community discipleship + mentorship
• Support Sunday church meetings & all church events by presence, culture carrying &

service

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or 3+ years experience in a pastoral ministry position


Pay:
$41, $50,268.52 per year
