This first-shift Truck Loader position earns a starting wage of $16.56-$17.38 per hour . Payrate includes dependability bonus. You would also be eligible for full-time benefits, including medical, vison, dental insurance, vacation time, holiday pay, short-term disability, life insurance, a 401(k) plan, and more.

TRUCK LOADER JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Truck Loader, you keep the finished products moving from the production line to the loading dock. Our Truck Loaders hand load all our custom windows. The ideal candidate for this position will have attention to detail. This is needed to pack and load our trucks with the right products for the final customer accurately and safely. Your job as the Truck Loader will also be to final inspect the product before it is loaded to our trucks. You check each load to make sure all pieces of the order are complete and accurately made before you load them.

Our shipping department works together as a team. Weather Barr strives to build an atmosphere that promotes teamwork.

Efficiency is key in this position to keep the flow of finished product moving as well as to keep our loading dock clean. Attention to detail is needed as well. You will be responsible for manually carrying and tying off finished products on to the truck. The ideal candidate for this job will need to be someone who likes manual labor.

Safety is key at Weather Barr. Your job will be to eliminate or control unsafe conditions and work practices. Safety glasses, gloves, and hearing protection are required. Your job as Truck Loader is to help us keep our commitment to high quality and timely delivery for our customers.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A FIRST-SHIFT TRUCK LOADER

• Ability to read and understand customer orders, bills of lading and shipping documentation
• Ability to lift 75 pounds

FIRST-SHIFT WORK SCHEDULE

This is a full-time position that works the first shift from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday - Friday. Overtime as needed.
