Under close supervision, performs day-to-day custodial activities and projects for the County including cleaning of office and common areas, light maintenance, general office assistance, lawn and garden maintenance.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Minimum Qualifications:


The equivalent of a High School Diploma and one (1) year of direct work experience in the cleaning and gardening field.

A valid driver's license is required.


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Work requires moderate physical effort involving considerable walking and standing with limited sitting, driving, kneeling, and stooping. Regular visits to County facilities and work sites are required.

Lifting and carrying of up to sixty five (65) pounds is required on occasional basis and lifting and carrying of supplies and tools up to 25 pounds is required on a regular/frequent basis.
