Housekeeper / Facility Manager (m/f/d)

Your main responsibilities

  • Inspection and monitoring of electrical and technical systems
  • Identification of defects and repair of damages
  • Maintenance of outdoor facilities
  • Opening and closing tasks according to the locking plan

Your qualifications

  • Successfully completed technical or manual training
  • Manual dexterity and technical understanding
  • Customer-oriented and open demeanor
  • Previous experience as a building technician is desirable
  • Independent, conscientious, and responsible work ethic
