    Description

    Job Title: Omni-Channel Marketing Program Manager

    Location: Cary, NC Hybrid role, ideally 3 days a week in office)

    Job Duration: 15+ Months Contract

    Primary Skills:

    • Omni-Channel Marketing Expertise:
    • Proven experience in omni-channel marketing within the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry.
    • Strong background in integrating traditional and digital marketing efforts.
    • Strong background in change management and leading cross-functional transformation initiatives.
    • Solid understanding of data management and marketing technologies.
    • Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully managing complex projects.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
    • Change Management:
    • Demonstrated success in driving and managing change initiatives.
    • Ability to champion new marketing approaches and ensure organizational alignment with business objectives.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Experience working closely with internal and external stakeholders, including Marketing, Commercial IT, Business Excellence, PMO, and external vendor partners.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration.
    • Project Management:
    • Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully managing complex projects.
    • Ability to oversee the execution of marketing projects, ensuring timely, within-scope, and budget-compliant delivery.
    • Data and Technology Integration:
    • Solid understanding of data management and marketing technologies.
    • Proficiency in leveraging data and technology to enhance marketing efforts and drive customer engagement.
    • Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and data analytics.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead Transformation Initiatives:
    • Develop and implement a robust omnichannel marketing strategy.
    • Build and execute a road map and strategy plan addressing technology and master data management needs.
    • Change Management:
    • Drive and manage change initiatives, ensuring smooth transition and adoption across the organization.
    • Champion the new marketing approach and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including Marketing, Commercial IT, Business Excellence, PMO, and external vendor partners.
    • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration to ensure seamless execution of marketing programs.
    • Project Management:
    • Oversee the execution of marketing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
    • Monitor and report on project progress, adjusting as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.
    • Data and Technology Integration:
    • Leverage data and technology to enhance marketing efforts and drive customer engagement.

    Ensure the effective use of marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and data analytics to support decision-making and strategy development.
