Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate multiple projects, providing effective project management.
Engage with building officials during permitting and construction stages.
Resolve intricate technical and design challenges.
Provide strategic direction for achieving project objectives in collaboration with the project team and clients.
Handle project staffing, budget, schedule, and scope.
Mentor project team members to foster collaboration, clear communication, and highquality work.
Contribute actively to officewide initiatives, ensuring overall team success.

Qualifications:

7+ years in relevant experience in hospitality and multifamily projects.
Profound technical expertise in building codes, structures, principles, and construction practices.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
Proficiency in software tools like Revit, MS Office, and Bluebeam.
Detailoriented and organized, conducting comprehensive quality management reviews, and maintaining meticulous records.
