Position Summary:

As a Field Network Technician at CDK Global, you will play a vital role in ensuring the optimal performance of electronic and electro-mechanical devices at car dealerships in the Western Philadelphia Suburban, Lancaster/Harrisburg area.

You will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of equipment, including printers, routers, switches, and PCs, following established repair procedures and guidelines.

Position Responsibilities & Essential Functions:

Test, diagnose, repair, burnin, and clean assigned equipment according to established repair procedures.
Collaborate with associates in group meetings, crosstraining sessions, and information sharing activities.
Monitor safety stock levels for assigned equipment to meet requirements.
Clean and maintain work area, test equipment, and tools in adherence to safety standards.
Follow department static control procedures to prevent damage to electronic components.
Maintain accurate paperwork, records, and documentation related to repair activities.
Perform basic throughhole soldering as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

2year degree in a relevant field.
Basic understanding of electronic and electromechanical equipment.
Proficiency in using basic boardlevel troubleshooting strategies.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Strong team player with effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and demonstrate logical problemsolving skills.
Demonstrated understanding of basic electronic theory.
Preferred: 3 years of related onthejob experience or degree/certification from college/technical/vocational school.

$ $33.00 per hour
