- Salary: $126,000 - $180,000 per year
- $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
- Full-Time, No Weekends
- Oversee the operations of the Case Management department, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that improve quality and efficiency of patient care coordination.
- Manage department budget, staffing, and resource allocation to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Mentor and develop a team of case management professionals, fostering an environment of professional growth and high performance.
- Collaborate with hospital executives and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree in Nursing, Health Administration, or Business Administration preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in hospital case management with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven leadership skills in a healthcare setting, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and strategic planning skills.
