Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Family Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team.

The Family Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for providing primary care to patients of all ages, conducting physical exams, diagnosing and treating common acute illnesses and injuries, and managing chronic health conditions.


Qualifications:


  • Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
  • Current unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license
  • Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner from a nationally recognized certifying body
  • 35 year's experience working in a primary care setting (All Ages)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:


  • Conducting comprehensive health assessments
  • Developing and implementing patient care plans
  • Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests
  • Prescribing medications and treatments
  • Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals
  • Educating patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention
