Your tasks:

  • Your main responsibilities include phases 68 of the HOAI. However, you have a good overview of all phases in general.
  • You are responsible for accepting the services of our subcontractors as well as reviewing their invoices.
  • You act as a communication interface between our project management and longterm subcontractors.
  • Preparing and conducting contract awards in collaboration with project management is also part of your responsibilities.

Qualifications:

  • You have successfully completed a degree in civil engineering or architecture.
  • You have at least three years of professional experience in implementing projects in residential construction.
  • Your fluent German skills help you with regular organizational and technical coordination.
  • In addition to your strong communication skills, you also have a confident demeanor and work independently.
  • CAD knowledge is an advantage, but not a requirement.
