Description
Our client is currently seeking a finance manager (m/f/d) for immediate placement in a permanent position at Jupiter Inlet Colony.
Your responsibilities as a manager
- Personnel management: Leading employees in the areas of financial accounting, controlling, and reception
- Monthly and annual financial statements: Supervising audits
- Cost and liquidity management: Optimizing cost management and managing liquidity
- Updating and optimizing production and sales controlling
- Conducting profitability calculations: Analyzing cost structures, creating profitability calculations, and identifying potential for optimization
- Designing the business information system: Creating informative reports for management
Your profile
- A degree in business administration or relevant, specialized training in accounting, controlling, or similar fields
- Structured, analytical, and methodical work style
- Strong communication skills and experience with change processes
- Experience in personnel management and developing employees
- IT affinity, proficient in MS Office and experience with ERP systems
- You are flexible, assertive, and a team player
