    We are hiring for Summer Help on all shifts Summer Help positions include Machine Operator, Trimming, Advanced Secondary, Powder Utility and other areas as needed.1st Shift: 6am-2pm, Monday-Friday2nd Shift: 2pm-10pm, Monday-Friday3rd Shift: 10pm-6am, Sunday-ThursdayCompetenciesAble to perform critical thinking and complex problem solvingAble to work independently, be a self-starter, and meet deadlinesHigh attention to detail and able to retain and follow detailed work instructions .Able to detect and communicate molding defects efficiently and effectivelyAble to work through difficult and complex situations without becoming frustratedShows moral courage, integrity, openness, and honesty in all dealingsAble to perform simple math and measurementsAble to create and maintain accurate production recordsAble to meet daily production expectationsAble to effectively communicate critical information and production needs to supervision and co-workersPHYSICAL And MENTAL DEMANDSThis position is required to constantly stand and walkIt is necessary for this position to frequently climb stairs throughout the dayFrequent stooping, bending, squatting, crouching, or reaching above the shoulders may be requiredFrequent use of hands and wrists on both large and small items: e.g., screws, bolts, nuts to service the moldsAble to focus and work at a continuous pace for extended periods of time15 to 25 lbs. frequent lifting20 to 40 lbs. occasional liftingManual dexterity is required to perform normal day to day functionsMust always demonstrate patience to successfully work through frustrating challenges and present oneself in a calm professional mannerMust have the ability to work with and around othersAbility to wear appropriate personal protective equipmentThe mental and physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an individual to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.Working EnvironmentThe main working environment for this position is the standard manufacturing plant environment.The plant environment is climate controlled in some areas, however, will include exposure to heat and hot surfaces, cold, noise and odors. Personal protective equipment is required in appropriate areas. There may also be intermittent exposure to fumes, moving mechanical parts and tool vibration.The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an individual would encounter while performing the essential functions of this position.An individual in this position must be able to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities listed above.
