Who is behind our HR Services? Our colleagues in client management for payroll and salary accounting, as well as in consulting for all tax and social security issues.


Your responsibilities:

  • You will lead and manage our payroll team of 16 people, both in terms of discipline and expertise. You will have a dedicated sparring partner (tax consultant) for technical support.
  • You will be responsible for expanding and developing our services related to the core business of payroll.
  • You will promote a customerfocused approach, ensure its longterm success, and be a competent point of contact for your team.
  • You will advise our clients on designing and implementing process optimizations in HR and work with your team to develop solutions for digital HR processes, from idea to implementation.

Your profile:

  • You are a qualified tax consultant (human) preferably through practical experience.
  • In addition to relevant professional experience, you ideally have a solid knowledge of income tax and social security law.
  • You have previous experience in personnel management and enjoy leading and continuously developing a team based on motivation and trust.
  • Your strong communication skills allow you to work on an equal footing with management, clients, and your team.
  • You have a high affinity for digital technologies.
