Job Description:

The Director of Program Management is in charge of developing and overseeing client communities within Finteract, a hub for financial advisors and their teams. The ideal candidate needs a solid financial services background to independently create programs catering to these client cohorts and bring the value of Fidelity to them.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Thinking: Imagine innovative ways to engage with Fidelity clients.
Business Case: Work with stakeholders to build client cohorts and measure their impact on business outcomes.
Create and Manage Communities: Implement new communities within Finteract, measure KPIs, and provide guidance to associates.
Enhance Product Delivery: Collaborate with various support groups to deliver value in unique ways. Provide updates on success and learnings.
Develop Relationships: Implement strategic plans with Fidelity and 3rd parties to expand growth and value.
Create Value Ecosystem: Collaborate to enhance client experience and satisfaction.
Lead Engagement: Engage with members, partners, and prospects strategically.
Communication Skills: Keep stakeholders informed on Finteract efforts.

Requirements:

BS Degree required; MS degree preferred with 8+ years of experience.
Experience in creating connections and collaboration in the financial services industry.
Results-driven collaborator with a passion for community and in-depth industry knowledge.
Ability to understand customer needs and prioritize team efforts.
Experience in managing multiple project timelines.
