Summary:

Our award-winning client is seeking a Regional Quality Assurance Manager to join their team.

Our innovative and growing company in the Community Service, Special Needs, Healthcare, and Behavioral Health industry is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to oversee program quality and effectiveness across multiple states (CA, NV, WA, AZ).

Responsibilities:

Lead the development and execution of strategic plans ensuring worldclass services for individuals we support.
Oversee, evaluate, and follow up on program quality across the agency, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
Champion Person-Centered Thinking ("PCT") practices for all programs.
Lead initiatives related to HCBS Final Rule Compliance.
Compile, analyze, and report data to drive quality improvement and inform strategic recommendations.
Manage a team of Quality Assurance Specialists.
Lead and track new program development and updates.
Partner with regulatory agencies and advocate for best practices in service delivery.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum 5 years of management experience (may be substituted for education).
Expertise in electronic service records and data management.
Deep understanding of healthcare, special needs services, and behavioral health regulations.
Experience developing and delivering largescale training programs.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills for collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools for quality improvement.
Ability to travel within the designated territory.
