Labopart is an independent medical laboratory network that provides on-site laboratory services to medical practices, outpatient clinics, and hospitals in the Pleasanton, CA area.

With a continuously growing team, flat hierarchies, and the opportunity to implement your own ideas, we are constantly optimizing our services.


We are currently seeking full-time employees (m/f/d) for our field service team to support our clients and acquire new ones.


Your responsibilities:


  • Acquiring new clients in the outpatient healthcare sector
  • Supporting existing clients with all laboratoryrelated questions
  • Organizational support during the onboarding process for new clients
  • Training and instruction for existing and new clients on our electronic ordering and reporting systems

Your qualifications:


  • Completed training as a medical technical assistant (MTA) or medical laboratory technician (MTLA), or equivalent medical or scientific education
  • Alternatively, several years of experience in field service (ideally in the healthcare, laboratory, or pharmaceutical sector)
  • Enjoyment of direct and personal contact with clients and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
  • Polite, friendly, and customeroriented demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German
  • Reliable and proficient in using modern communication tools
  • Strong team player with a high level of commitment
  • Valid driver's license (Class 3 or B)
