    Role Description

    This is a full-time role as a Home Health RN at Maxim Healthcare Services. As a Home Health RN, you will provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. Your day-to-day tasks will include assessing the patient's condition, creating and implementing care plans, administering medications, coordinating with other healthcare professionals, and educating patients and their families on managing their conditions. This role is located in Dayton, OH, and requires being on-site.

    Qualifications
    • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio
    • Minimum of one year of nursing experience
    • Experience in home health or a related field is preferred
    • Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
    • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
    • Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients and their families
