The IT Project Manager will be responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely manner while ensuring client satisfaction.

The IT Project Manager ensures the scope of the project is defined, develops the project plan, and delivers updates to the project stakeholders through the duration of the project.

The IT Project Manager is also responsible for ensuring the project goals are achieved and client needs are met, and client expectations are within the established timeline and budget.

• Determines and defines project scope and objectives.
• Predicts resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
• Develops and manages a detailed project schedule and work plan.
• Acts as a liaison between company, clients, and other vendors.
• Addresses questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project.
• Communicates schedules and plans with clients and team throughout the data conversion/merge process.
• Documents minutes from client meetings and tracks progress of implementation.
• Accommodates the transfer of data files between clients and Onco.
• Utilizes industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
• Measures project performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Monitors progress and adjust as needed to adhere to schedule.
• Makes recommendations to change procedures/process to facilitate projects.
• Coaches and reviews work of lower level professionals.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, business, or a related field.
• 3yrs of Healthcare IT project management experience required.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred. (Required within 2 years of hire.)

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
