Description

Responsibilities:

Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring excellent customer service
Train and develop team members on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards
Conduct interviews and assist with the hiring process for new team members
Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory control procedures
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and properly stocked at all times
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
Assist with scheduling and managing employee shifts
Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement training programs for team members
Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure a positive work environment

Experience:

Previous experience in a retail or customer service role preferred
Proficiency in using pointofsale (POS) systems
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues in a professional manner
Knowledge of inventory control procedures and ability to manage stock levels
Experience in training development and implementation
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
Basic understanding of retail math for cash handling and sales reporting purposes
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
