Requirements:

Five years of site, civil and park construction are required. Experience in small commercial building, Design-Build, CMAR and JOC projects

Must have technical construction skills with knowledge of all site, civil, concrete and landscape trades.

Knowledge of vertical and horizontal construction

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Leadership skills.

Clean driving and safety records

Responsibilities:

Planning, directing, coordinating, and tracking activities for designated construction projects

Ensuring that project goals and objectives are achieved within specified time frames and budget parameters

Leading, managing, and motivating project teams to excel

Utilizing your construction expertise to navigate site, civil, concrete, and landscape trades

Collaborating with subordinates and cross-functional teams to drive project success

Performing other tasks in support of company and team goals
