    Description

    This position involves managing master data for the Alchemee business unit in SAP and PLM to ensure accurate item attributes.

    The main responsibilities include overseeing item availability for production, planning, and order execution, and collaborating closely with the Supply Chain team.

    • Review weekly Item Status and BOMs with Planning for both USA and CAN Codes.

    Check for specific item errors in SAP:
    Identify missing attributes like company, plant, location, sales, shipping, costing, or accounting views and take appropriate action.
    Update item Master list for Planning based on published email specs by Quality.

    Update inventory attributes and review daily item requests in PLM and BOX.

    Assign new SAP codes in PLM for received or created requests.


    Validate and update header fields:
    Review, confirm, or update SAP item details, Supersede, Assigned CMO's, Orgs, Class, and Supply size.
    Review, confirm, or assign Domestic UPC / International EAM code.

    Finalize Tasks as Item Master and Supply Chain in PLM, manage new item requests for All Markets (US, CAN, Japan, International) in SAP.

    Enter missing basic and inventory info after item Specs approval, and update plants, locations, distribution channel, BOMs, UPC/EAN codes, and basic data for each plant.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years SAP experience, ideally in materials management.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
    • Certification is a plus but not mandatory.
    • Good documentation skills and preferred Project Management experience.
