Description
As an Ecommerce Order Fulfillment Specialist at Stoltzfus Meats, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our online customers receive their orders accurately, on time, and in pristine condition.
You will work closely with our ecommerce team to process orders efficiently and maintain the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Process incoming ecommerce orders accurately and efficiently using our order management system.
- Pick, pack, and ship orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Ensure all orders are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Coordinate with shipping carriers to schedule pickups and track shipments.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any discrepancies or shortages to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Assist with other ecommercerelated tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in order fulfillment, warehouse operations, or a related field preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with order management systems/software.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
