Job Summary:
The Clinical Manager's main responsibilities include delivering essential clinical training sessions during New Employee orientation (NEO) and as required throughout the year. Working closely with the Clinical Director, the Clinical Manager assists in creating targeted clinical training programs to enhance the clinical skills and service quality of our clinical staff members.
Moreover, the Clinical Manager conducts regular clinical staff meetings and also provides ad-hoc clinical consultations to assigned clinical teams, even during on-call shifts, to offer guidance and ensure compliance with Clinical Policy and Procedure, as well as with state, Federal, and contractual requirements along with ethical guidelines.
Furthermore, if the Clinical Manager holds an independent license as a behavioral health professional, they should be capable of providing clinical supervision to the licensed clinical staff under their supervision.

Requirements:
- Master's degree in a field related to behavioral health and licensed at the associate level with The Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners as a Social Worker, Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Substance Abuse Counselor
- 1-3 years of full-time experience in Behavioral Health Care, preferably with exposure to both behavioral and medical crisis situations
