Job summary
We are seeking a Sales Floor Leader to support the Store Manager in creating an excellent customer experience while driving sales and delivering on business goals.This role involves leading daily operations, including motivating the team to achieve store goals while providing an excellent customer experience. You will help the Store Manager analyze sales trends and develop action plans to drive top-line sales. As a strong leader, you will enforce all company policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of management experience with retail or hospitality background knowledge of wine spirits beer is desired.
