Job summary
The Floor Leader role is all about making the world a better place one soap at a time. As a vital part of the Store Management Team across all areas of the business you will play a key role in driving sales and opening/closing the store to analyzing sales results and leading training sessions.Responsibilities include Sales & Customer Experience: Driving Sales Utilize the StoreForce dashboard results to provide effective coaching and feedback to the sales team Celebrate sales achievements with your team Customer Experience Lead by example in delivering a world-class customer experience on the shop floor Building the Brand Educate customers on Lush brand values
Team Involvement Development Train and coach Sales Ambassadors and peers on effective sales techniques Operational Excellence Cash Handling Manage cash handling including customer transactions opening/closing the register reconciling cash drawers preparing nightly deposits Time and Attendance Lead by example in terms of attendance punctuality Visuals Maintain clean organized visually appealing store Stock Support management with inventory tasks Policies Keep your store compliant ensure staff are practicing company standards for opening closing product integrity respectful workplace health safety.
