Your role

A Service Manager - Cloud is responsible for the reliability and security of the digital platforms we build and operate for our clients. You have one or more service teams that operate and develop hybrid cloud and cloud-native applications in a secure manner. Your tasks include:

  • Leading a global team, acting as one unit and empowering your team members to perform the necessary tasks
  • Acting as the interface between the customer and the operations teams
  • Identifying business, service, and system improvements and implementing them with the team
  • Planning and prioritizing tasks
  • Conducting and improving on-call duty to resolve disruptions
