To support our team in the field of building technology / supply technology, we are looking for a full-time engineer (m/f/d).

The department "Project Management and Building Automation" is responsible for all topics related to building technology in construction, renovation and new construction projects. The department is also responsible for planning and construction of people and baggage handling systems.

Job Description:

  • Management of medium and large-scale projects in technical building equipment
  • Project management and coordination of construction measures, even during ongoing operations
  • Planning, tendering and awarding contracts to planning offices and executing companies
  • Quality, deadline and cost monitoring, invoice verification
  • Identification and implementation of measures for optimization and modernization of HVAC systems
  • Preparation of energy saving studies with cost-effectiveness calculations

Personal and professional requirements:

  • Completed training as an engineer in building technology (bachelor/master or equivalent qualification)
  • Several years of professional experience
  • Experience in energy optimization of HVAC systems and cost-effectiveness calculations
  • Secure application of HOAI and VOB
  • Knowledge and professional experience in building control technology and fire protection
  • Computer skills (MS Office, SAP)
