    Compassionate CHHA and LTCA Needed - Join Laura Lynn's Home Care Team

    Laura Lynn's Home Care is an esteemed, family-run home care agency located in Oklahoma City. We are presently seeking committed, understanding, and trustworthy Certified Home Health Aides and Long Term Care Aides to offer in-home care support to seniors and individuals with disabilities, helping them maintain their independence by assisting with daily activities. As a CHHA or LTCA with our team, you will foster valuable connections while making a significant difference in your local community.

    We have openings for part-time and full-time weekday positions

    Your Role:

    • Develop meaningful relationships with clients through engaging visits and conversations
    • Support with daily activities
    • Provide personal care such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
    • Assist with meal preparation, medication, and light housekeeping
    • Observe and document changes in condition
    • Accompany clients to medical visits
    • Transport clients for errands and social outings
    • Offer companionship and safety supervision
    • Empower clients to maintain independence in their homes

    Requirements:
    • High school diploma or GED
    • CHHA or CNA certification from the state of Oklahoma
    • Valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transport
    • Successful completion of state-mandated background check
    • CPR certification
    • Recent negative TB test
    • Capable of lifting, pushing, and/or pulling at least 50 pounds
    • Demonstrated experience in personal care and/or home care
    • Ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Kind and empathetic demeanor
