DIRECT HIRE | ENGINEERING MANAGER [Kansas City]
Our client is looking for a dynamic Engineering Leader to join their team.
Looking for proven project and team management experience (in Manufacturing Engineering) along with a focus on innovation and quality assurance.
Anticipate $130K-$165K+ (dependent on experience)Bonus potential based on company performance

Key Responsibilities:
Provided leadership for Drafting and Design groups
Oversee Projects from concept to production
Individual/team development (professional and technical)
Provide clear expectations on project execution and strategic initiatives
Optimize production efficiency and product quality
Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, etc.)
10+ years of manufacturing experience, team management, and proven track record
Proficient with 3D modeling, Fabrication, Design Automation
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
