Fardale Home W. Fardale Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53221


Qualifications:

Must have a High-school diploma or GED. Associates degree in Human Services, or from another related field of study is strongly preferred.


Must have a history of cultivating a strong team of caregivers, using motivational interviewing skills to ensure extraordinary care toward residents and their home; Min.

3 years of management experience.


Must be adept with change, at working independently, and must be able to prioritize/organize workload in order to meet deadlines.

Must be eager to learn, including by accepting and offering feedback.


This leadership position requires a sincere dedication to providing excellent quality care for our mentally ill adult population, in addition to creating an environment for our caregivers in a manner that promotes the vision of Adava Care.


The residents may need care and assistance at any time, so the House Manager/Administrator is required to have the ability to stand, lift, bend, stoop, push, and pull, as well as, the availability to be on-call for emergency situations, before and after standard work hours.

Must be CBRF trained and certified, with a caregiver background.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

The House Manager/Administrator is responsible for supervising the daily operations of the CBRF, including but not limited to resident care, team member development, admission/discharges, scheduling/time-sheet upkeep, transportation, house finances, and the physical building itself.

Consistent supervision is necessary to ensure our residents receive proper care and treatment, that their health and safety are protected and promoted at all times, and the environment is one filled with positivity and good vibes

$45, $60,000.00 per year
