Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for managing and coordinating daily operations
  • Your area of responsibility includes actively shaping and maintaining processes related to sales
  • You will actively promote our services, including acquiring and retaining new customers, as well as continuously expanding our client base
  • You will act as a personal contact for our clients in the local area
  • You will also be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing your employees
  • You will set individual goals and conduct feedback and annual performance reviews
  • You will personally manage regional key accounts, negotiate prices, and ensure compliance with framework agreements and customer agreements
  • You will conduct branch meetings, participate in regional conferences, and network with other company leaders
