DeMontrond Auto Group has an opening for an experienced Dealer Trade Billing Clerk in our Accounting department. This individual will assist in processing all dealer trades, SmartCash transactions, and wholesale billing and is a member of a 3 person billing team. Excellent team atmosphere with on the job training.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Accurately and timely process all dealer trades for all locations.
Accurately and timely process all daily SmartCash transactions.
Accurately and timely process all wholesale billing transactions.
Complete monthly reconciliations of Service Loaner and Demos.
Understand and assist with striping car deals.
Process all lien payoffs, timely.
Working assigned accounting schedules.
Thorough followup on all pending items/issues.
Other duties as assigned by the manager.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or General Education Diploma
13 years' experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
General Ledger knowledge and experience
ADP Drive and Dealership experience, preferred.
Must be familiar and have the ability to operate a 10key calculator.
