Hello. I have purchased an apartment with the intention of renovating it and renting it out. The apartment is in its original condition and will most likely require changes to the electrical and plumbing systems. Additionally, I would like to remove a wall that separates the dining room and kitchen. I also plan to replace the windows, doors, and install laminate flooring. The idea is to renovate with low to medium quality materials.
