Accountant Success Profile
Salary - Up to $75,000
The accountant's role in our work is to provide accurate and timely financial statements to the client in accordance with their needs and in a process that is most efficient to both them and us.
Success for this role includes:

Measurement
To deliver accurate and timely financial statements to the client.
Measured by submission of financial reports to manager and client by the deadline prescribed in Airtable. Ninety (90%) percent of deadlines should be met in Airtable
To accurately maintain the accounting files and books for the clients and internal use.
Measured by completion and accuracy of tasks in Airtable. Ninety (90%) percent of deadlines should be met in Airtable. Accuracy will be measured by a review of accounting reconciliations by the manager and self.
To maintain open and responsible communication with the client.
Ninety (90%) of communication should be closed or responded to within 1 business day.

- Experience with Xero Accounting a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience working in an accounting position
- Entering daily transactions for all of our clients using a number of software platforms
- Responding to requests from clients on general accounting needs (i.e. running reports, responding to requests, etc.)
- Prepare reconciliations (i.e. bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, general ledger accounts, etc.)
- Perform selfreview to ensure that accounting is accurate
- Prepare financial statements and provide an overview to the client
- Establish, document, and evaluate internal processes for the best client experience.
- Manage prospective and current client correspondence
- Assist in building our brand, our firm, and our client base through referrals, social media, lead generation, etc
Pay:
Up to $75,000.00 per year
