Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team.

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
• Provide product information and demonstrate features and benefits
• Assist customers with product selection and offer recommendations
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using cash registers or pointofsale systems
• Handle cash handling and perform basic math calculations for transactions
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays
• Stay uptodate with product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers
• Meet or exceed sales goals by upselling and crossselling additional products
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate product information to customers
• Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
• Knowledge of technology, electronics, or jewelry sales is a plus
• Ability to demonstrate product features through product demos
• Bilingual language skills are an asset
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong problemsolving skills to address customer inquiries or issues
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
