Reliability Technician willing to roll up their sleeves and exude a passion for the field.

MKD Electric is seeking an experienced
Reliability Technician. As part of this role
-
What you will do _

Identify & Report issues with equipment condition.
Inspection routes, Maintenance Activities and detailing all anomalies founded in SAP.
Prerform quality inspections on incoming motors to confirm they meet the established standards.
Test 480vac motors using PdMA software.
IR scans
Governance, maintenance & data analysis for all IoT systems or online measurements.

What you will need to succeed _

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
Food Industry experience highly preferred
Understanding of three phase motors (480vac)
Full understanding of electrical measurement tools ie multimeter, megger, IR electrical scanner knowledge, thermographic camera.
Experience in the following
PLC knowledge, control systems, and VFD's
Willing to learn PdMA software.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent presentation skills
Possess strong organizational and time management skills
Basic CMMS experience (SAP preferred)

Must be able to carry and transport up to 60 pounds up to 20 feet.
Requires standing for extended period with frequent stretching, reaching, walking, and stooping, pushing and/or pulling in an environment that may be cold, hot, noisy, and wet and may have fumes or odors.
