Bubbies Ice Cream started in 1985 and originated on the beautiful island of Oahu, Hawaii. Bubbies became very popular for its super premium ice cream derived from a secret family recipe.

Just when we thought Bubbies Homemade Ice Cream couldn't get any better, along came the cherry on top:
mochi ice cream.

In the early 2000s, we shifted our focus to producing this Japanese-inspired premium dessert—sweetened rice flour dough formed around a bite-sized ice cream filling.

The explosive popularity of mochi ice cream combined with Bubbies' distinctive taste and texture has made it one of the most coveted sweet treats in the world.

Today, Bubbies Mochi Ice Cream Desserts are available at Whole Foods locations, traditional grocery stores, specialty retail outlets, resorts and restaurants throughout the United States and internationally.

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Production Lead to join our team.

As a Production Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.

This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership skills and technical expertise.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Be part of high performing team who is accountable to each other
• Assists Production Team Advisor in directing the daily tasks of the room performance
• Serves as backup leader to the Production Team Advisor
• Understand the importance of safety and good manufacturing practices
• Always conduct yourself in a professional manner
• Take ownership in the results of the team through leadership
• Must be detailed oriented.
• Must beable to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
• Must be able to assist in the management of temporary partners.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Must possess a High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Must be able to work 2nd shift 1:30pm 11:00pm
• Must possess 25 years production experience
• Food production experience preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be able to maintain excellent attendance
• Must be able to speak, write, and read English
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for 23 hours between breaks
• Must be able to work as part of a team in a fastpaced environment
• Must be willing to learn new skills and processes
• Must contribute to the continuous improvement of processes
• Effective verbal, written, and oral communication skills required.

Pay:
$ $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
