Cyclonaire is currently looking for a Purchasing Agent to join our team.

The Purchasing Agent will purchase products, services, and raw materials for the company according to departmental and organizational policies and procedures.

Coordinate with managers to maintain inventory levels
Interact with suppliers to schedule delivery times and resolve shipping errors
Enter and follow up on open purchase orders
Purchase order reporting
Work with other departments to ensure that all orders and deliveries satisfy the production schedule
Must be able to work in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and Microsoft Teams. Experience working in an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)/Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) system is required.
Associate Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or equivalent education and 2-3 years' experience is required. Familiarity with industrial equipment, manufacturing processes, metal fabrication, and custom design principles desired.
Sedentary position requiring extended periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Work requires constant visual ability. Clean and climate-controlled office environment in a manufacturing facility.

Travel Requirements:
Travel may be required 5-10% of the time. Must have a valid driver's license and a driving record that permits the use of company automobiles.

Safety:

Safety shoes (steel or composite toe), safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, and other forms of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required in designated areas.

Other Duties:
