Job Description

Recruiting Solutions is seeking a skilled Machine Operator for a manufacturing company in the Cayce area. The Machine Operator is responsible for running machine equipment similar to an extrusion machine, and for unloading/loading the machinery and making necessary adjustments to measurements. Pay for Day Shift is $16.50/hr and $18/hr once hired perm. Night Shift is $17.50/hr pay increase to $19/hr once hired permanently

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

Operate simple to complex automated machines including Press, Swedging, Chemical Washer, and Packaging
Make required adjustments to maintain specifications using engineering drawings, verbal instructions, written operator instructions, and boundary samples
Process components within established operator cycle times
Measure components and test complete assemblies using calibrated test and measuring tools
Prepare needed documentation
All other duties as assigned

Education/Experience Required:

High School diploma or equivalent.
6 months to 1 year of experience required
Ability to operate Automated Equipment
Ability to use common hand and power tools as well as perform calibrated tests and use measurement equipment
Able to communicate effectively with a team and work in a group environment
Must be able to pass an assessment in office
