Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for drawing wire on multiple drawing machines
  • You will oversee the operation of the machines
  • You will handle placing the wire on the discharge device with a crane, forklift, or by hand, and/or transporting it to the scale
  • You will prepare the wire for subsequent orders according to specifications and compare order papers with the batch label on the prepared wire, informing TQS of any discrepancies
  • You will be responsible for welding or rethreading the wire in case of a break and changing drawing stones if necessary
  • Checking the current drawing levels in the drawing boxes and refilling drawing materials, if needed, complete your responsibilities

Profile:

  • You have completed a vocational training as a machine and plant operator or have a comparable qualification
  • You have gained initial experience in wire drawing
  • Ideally, you have a forklift license, but this is not a requirement
  • You are reliable and have a proactive work style
  • You are willing to work in a 3shift system

Other:

  • You will work for a centrally located company for 37.5 hours per week
