Your role

  • Supervising maintenance, inspection, and testing tasks in all areas of technical building equipment
  • Conducting regular inspections inside and outside of buildings to monitor conditions and take proactive action
  • Monitoring and coordinating subcontractors on site
  • Systematically identifying and resolving technical building equipment malfunctions
  • Project management, including monitoring and controlling costs, deadlines, and performance

    • Your qualifications

  • Technician or master in the field of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, or equivalent qualification
  • Relevant experience in independently managing and executing projects
  • Knowledge and experience in cost estimation for building technology
  • Responsible for ensuring quality, cost, and timely project completion
