We are currently seeking an
Accounting Clerk (m/f/d) for PEINER SMAG Lifting Technologies GmbH at our location in Salzgitter-Bad.


Responsibilities:


  • Proper invoicing (advance invoice, progress invoice, final invoice, credit note, return of goods)
  • Monitoring of advances and due dates
  • Accounts receivable management (collection)
  • Management of customer master data
  • Reconciliation with financial accounting (general ledger/subsidiary ledger)
  • Control of order creation and (sales) tax assessments
  • Account maintenance and management
  • Support for monthly and annual closing activities, inventory, and audits

Qualifications:


  • Completed vocational training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable commercial profession
  • Indepth expertise and several years of professional experience in industrial companies
  • Experience in preparing annual financial statements according to HGB/IFRS
  • Experience in the areas of taxes and exports
  • High selfmotivation, analytical, goaloriented, and solutionoriented
